I am preparing for a (mostly) raw vegan fast soon, and to make the the experience easier, I am gathering simple recipes and sharing their links in this post. I don't have a juicer but a power blender so the drinks below will be smoothies or involve hand juicing.

Breakfast
Kidney Hydra-tor Juice Smoothie

Mid-morning or Mid-afternoon Snack
Fermented Sauerkraut (make a batch and enjoy a few Tbsp daily)
